Australian orders: FREE Shipping within Australia when you spend over $100. For all orders under $100 postage will be charged at a flat rate of $15.

International orders: $38.00 Postage & Handling charges

AAA Skin Solutions provides delivery via Australia Post to all other cities in Australia and overseas.

‘Dispatches via Australia Post to metro areas around capital cities. A signature will be required for both dispatch options unless the package has been flagged ‘authorized to be left without signature’ or sent to your local post ofice.

Orders are dispatched within 24 hours of your order being placed, pending available stock.

Estimated delivery is within 5 to 10 working days allowing for the various regions around Australia, overseas orders delivery approximate 5 to 6 weeks.

Quoted delivery times are only estimates and AAA Skin Solutions shall not be liable for failure to deliver or for delay in delivery from any cause whatsoever. The buyer shall not be relieved of any obligation to accept and pay for goods and services by reason of any delay in delivery or dispatch.

AAA Skin Solutions shall not be liable for damages to the Buyer for delays in deliveries of the goods or services to the Buyer or failure to deliver due to strikes, lockout, Government Regulations or inability to procure raw materials, production difficulties or delays, or an event of ‘Force Majeure’.

If the Buyer cancels an order, other than in accordance with Condition or a statutory right, it shall pay to the Company any and all loss, damage and expense incurred by the Company in relation to the goods or the services.

The Company may decline, by written notice to the Buyer, any order, in whole or in part, at any time prior to delivery of the goods or performance of the services, in which case the Company shall be under no obligation in respect of the order.

The buyer shall indemnify the Company from and against all losses, expenses or liabilities incurred by the Company as a result of compliance by the Company with any instruction of the buyer in relation to the goods or the services.

Our Returns Policy

Your satisfaction is vital to us. If for some reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, please return your unopened goods to AAA Skin Solutions, P O Box 2121 Brighton QLD 4017.

All returns must be made within 14 days of delivery, must be approved by the Company and must be freight prepaid by the Purchaser for delivery to the Company’s premises. The Company reserves the right to charge a re-handling fee. The customer shall be liable for any damage to such goods.

Unfortunately, we cannot issue a refund or credit on any goods that have been opened.
